Hello Don,

What an amazing inspection report! It is so thorough and detailed. Very cleanly done and easy to read.  As you mention, the home is in fairly good shape, however based on your report, and the details I saw while spending that time with you, I have decided to not move forward on the purchase of the home.  It appeared to require considerable cosmetic work, general maintenance, and the upkeep of a pool.  At this point, I’m not prepared to tackle all that. The setting of the home, however, was very nice.  Thanks again for your very personal and professional contribution. I’m taking a break from house hunting for a little while, but should I ever get to that point again I would certainly want your services again.
